| Course Description: | The purpose of this course is to train students in the use of power saws and techniques in order to ultimately prepare them to meet their functional role as a power saw operator. The class will cover the duties and responsibilities of the power saw operator: parts and maintenance of the chain saw; application; safety and evaluations. |

will be appropriate for "hands-on" work and in a state of good repair. No
shorts, tank tops, sandals, etc., will be allowed. Wildland and Structure PPE are required. |
